The Board of Directors of Virgin Gold Mining Corporation hereby issues a very strong Scam Warning Alert to all shareholders notifying that www.eastcapemc.com and www.theunitedgold.com have all the criteria resembling previous websites that have copied and used the VGMC website to scam investors around the world.

The Board hopes that this strong warning does not fall on deft ears as previous warnings about www.vgmc2u.com, www.tambangmas.com, www.virgingoldint.com and www.dualventure.com have been very precise and exactly right as these sites stopped paying their investors since the beginning of 2011.
